Understanding Our Process Step by Step
1- Initial Consultation Our estimator meets with you to get an understanding of your project and your envisioned goals. 2- Estimate We will provide a proposed estimate (In some cases further planning and budgeting will be required) for the work. 3- Follow up We will contact you and answer any questions you might have. 4- Scheduling Upon a signed proposal we will require a deposit to further discuss and refine any details before the final contract. As well as reserving an approximate start date on our work schedule. 5- Contract A contract with more refined details (if required) is prepared and will require your approval. Stating any work specs, details, as well as draw schedule. Once agreed we will collect a deposit that will be specified in contract. 6- Performing the work We will start on the start day agreed. The project will be assigned to our staff and will be inspected periodically while being performed to ensure your complete satisfaction, and to ensure that the schedules and deadlines are being met. 7- Completing the work Upon completion of the work we will schedule a final walk through with you. Necessary adjustments are made for complete client satisfaction. Last draw of contract is collected. As a follow up we will send out a survey to get your feedback on our work. This helps us to continue and improve our work and service for the future. |
